Institut Putra, sometimes called Putra International College, which is one of the many companies owned by Tang Chai Yoong, is the partnership of Troy University. It’s not clear whether the Doctorate is honored to him as a recognization for Tang’s contribution to society or simply a souvenir to a business partner.

Whichever it is, Tang may have publicize himself in Alabama as someone totally different with what we Malaysian know.

House of representatives of the legislature of Alabama describe him as” One of the top ten businessmen and philanthropists in Malaysia“. ( for detail check snapshot or url).

We all know the meaning of “top ten businessman in Malaysia”.

Whereas for “philanthropists”, the description in Wikipedia :
“A philanthropist is someone who engages in philanthropy; that is, someone who donates his or her time, money, or reputation to a charitable cause. The term may apply to any volunteer or to anyone who makes a donation, but the label is most often applied to those who donate large sums of money or who make a major impact through their volunteering, such as a trustee who manages a philanthropic organization.“

So, BUTL buyers, anybody out there feel like to congratulate him?

The site was “deliberately removed by an administrator”. Whatever that means, you can check Blogsome forum. Privately, I have email a few time to Blogsome for a reason but they fail to give even a single explanation.

I have two guesses. It’s either (1) Kolej Lagenda owner, which is also Dataran Mantin owner, had paid certain amount of money to Blogsome, or (2) the same person get his lawyer to send legal letter to Blogsome to threaten them on legal action.

Blogsome have provide a good service so far. However, it’s actual a very small company which is probably still struggler for survival. Therefore, either way, they had make a decision which they unable to speak out. In spite on this, Blogsome still help me up by email to me all the content of my blog, including the posts , images and comments. Even though it’s just a chuck of text files, without their help, there is no way I can re-construct this blog.

Anyhow, here we are. It’s reborn (AGAIN).

What I have done is :

(1) Copy all the post to the new host.

(2) Copy all the comment to the new host. Yes. it’s one by one copy paste job. I also re-edit the date to follow the original.

Some may notice that some comments have been changed to under different post. This is because I have to guest the comments location one by one and may have misplaced it.

(3) Rebuilt all the links and images.

One thing worth mention is, I have learn my lesson by now. I already know how to back up my blog. So, anybody try to shut us down again, he will end up like playing “hammering the pop up crocodiles” game.

Finally, my dear viewer, if you are happy to see my blog up again, please leave a few encourage sentences to me.

Then all my effort so far is worth.

Oh really?

Hmm.. looks like it’s time to let everyone there know who is the big bosses behind all this.

First of all, know these two names :

Tang Chai Yoong ( 丁才荣 a.k.a Tang) &

Ooi Chong Seong(a.k.a Raymond Ooi).

They are both the founder of Kumpulan Langkawi Resource Group of company.

Dataran Mantin Sdn Bhd, the developer of Bandar Universiti Teknologi project, represent itself as belonging to Kumpulan Langkawi Resource group. Tang and Ooi are the directors of Dataran Mantin where Ooi act as the Chief Executive Officer.

Kolej Lagenda Sdn Bhd, which also belongs to the same persons, owns 100% of the shareholding of Pantai Lagenda Management Sdn Bhd.

One the other hand, Yap Show Kum, is the shareholder and director of Multimedia Nervous System Sdn Bhd. She is the wife of Tang Chai Yoong!

So finally, did my friend accept the offer from the education facilitator? Your guess is as good as mine.

(1)Tang Chai Yoong is also the President of Institute Putra in Melaka. As Institute Putra belongs to Dataran Mantin Sdn Bhd.

Obviously somebody is not happy about this blog. And that someone have try to use his influence to make this blog flow away by the monsun drain of BUTL. Obviously, they think this is easier then facing hundreds of victim created by them.

3 weeks ago, if you do google search for “Kolej Lagenda”, “Lagenda Group”, “Kumpulan Lagenda”, etc, most probably you will get this blog as one of the search result, usually in the first page. However, you can no longer get to this blog by google search. Not even search for “pantai lagenda group kolej”. (try here)

This is because somebody have utilized the “flag as objectionable content” button in blogger to keep this blog out of the google index. ( well, if you interested in the technical detail, click here).

On the other hand, I have start a discussion thread at one of popular properties forum, Malaysia Real Estate (here is the site), just to let more people know about what happen at BUTL. After getting some response from the reader for one and a half month, the thread were totally deleted by the administrator.
Is it due to not relevant? No. Even thread with title “Download 2000 Arcade Game for free” still remain there.

I also notice that many people have file complaint at consumer.com.my. But recently, all complaint regarding Dataran Mantin have been deleted. One thing worth mentioned is that in that site you can read many consumer complain address to different company, with their name clearly displayed. Included in the list are Maxis,Maybank, Pizza Hut, Bekalan Air NS, and many more. What puzzle me is, what so special about Dataran mantin and BUTL that their name is not allowed on a complain portal?
(If you are free, you may want to give it a try. Submit a complain on this issue and see how long it last.)

Institut Teknologi Pertama, Kolej Lagenda Jati and Kolej Linton, together with Kolej Lagenda are called the “Lagenda Group Of College”. All of them are located at Bandar University Teknologi Lagenda, Mantin. However, base on the information from net, the former three colleges may have exist before the Bandar University Lagenda project. Therefore it’s not able to know whether there are actually under the same owner.

The feeling through the process is nothing less but rage, depressd, and upset. My efforts is frustrated at every turns.

However, I know I’m just one of the hundreds (or may be more then thousand) victims of a well planned fraud. This fraud is constructed by developers who is back by lawyers. Their target victims is nobady but you, I and other people who is naive, probably first time purchase a house, and do not understand the twist and turn of the legal process. They get our hard earn money, enjoy their life, upgrade their social status and leave us crying hopelessly.

They think there is nothing we can do. They think we are a plate of dry sand and will never team together to make a great strike.

But I believe, if I unveil their true face, if I gather more facts then I currently know, if I make a platform for comminucation for all victim. Perhaps we can make some different.

At least, we can prevent others from falling into the same trap.

Hence the born of this blog.

I will put nothing but the truth.
I will put more facts than comments.
From the facts, others will understand what kind of developer they are dealing with.
