Someone I know receive phone call from Kolej Lagenda’s so call “education facilitator”, offering a place in Kolej Lagenda. Just happen that my friend already know about Bandar Universiti Teknologi issue and she ask him about it.
“itu developer punya hal. Tak ada kena mengena dengan Kolej Lagenda…” (“That’s the construction developer’s matter. It got nothing to do with Kolej Lagenda management”), the education facilitator answer.
Oh really?
Hmm.. looks like it’s time to let everyone there know who is the big bosses behind all this.
First of all, know these two names :
Tang Chai Yoong ( 丁才荣 a.k.a Tang) &
Ooi Chong Seong(a.k.a Raymond Ooi).
They are both the founder of Kumpulan Langkawi Resource Group of company.
Dataran Mantin Sdn Bhd, the developer of Bandar Universiti Teknologi project, represent itself as belonging to Kumpulan Langkawi Resource group. Tang and Ooi are the directors of Dataran Mantin where Ooi act as the Chief Executive Officer.
Kolej Lagenda Sdn Bhd, which also belongs to the same persons, owns 100% of the shareholding of Pantai Lagenda Management Sdn Bhd.
One the other hand, Yap Show Kum, is the shareholder and director of Multimedia Nervous System Sdn Bhd. She is the wife of Tang Chai Yoong!
So finally, did my friend accept the offer from the education facilitator? Your guess is as good as mine.

(1)Tang Chai Yoong is also the President of Institute Putra in Melaka. As Institute Putra belongs to Dataran Mantin Sdn Bhd.

From i see pantai legenda are not going to pay our outstanding errears. They are not serious abt our legal action. Almost 6yrs the case stil no result. The company register just for sucking our hardship money. Where are our justice? No one seem to care our problems ( Rakyat voice ) even this case was publised in the newpaper.
Running a search on just “Ooi Chong Seong” on google came out with some rather surprising results.

i fee sorry for all u guys…i suggest u guys get together go to the sun and look for Mr. Nadeswaran i am sure he will be most happy to do a story in his newspaper. do itquickly and put these frauds in their place….they have done it in Langkawi and now they are doing it in Negri Sembilan……and dont forget make a police report and lets see if our police will do their job.

banyak gejala siosial berlaku di kolej legenda!!. terutama di kawasan luar kolej kediaman. dah xtahan tgk ada satu rumah menjadi tempat tumpuan bagi pelajar2 dan belia2 melayu ini MINUM MINUMAN KERAS, MELAKUKAN SEKS RAMBANG SESAMA MEREKA, malahan mereka TINGGAL SERUMAH ANTARA LELAKI DAN PEREMPUAN. saya sebagai orang Islam, benar2 hendak membantu mereka. lakukanlah sesuatu..ambillah tindakan atas mereka..kasihanilah mereka..mereka adalah anak2 kita..kembalikan maruah KOLEJ LEGENDA YANG SEMAKIN TERCALAR..

In fact, there are strata title issued but dev refused to give the buyers/lawyers/banks. What are they keeping for? I heard from the staff there.

anyone can tell me more information about Who`s take over Company of Dataran Mantin Pantai Lagenda. It is backruptcy and under Department of Insolvency Malaysia? Which branch?
Lagenda is still active in Mantin . Now there is many other management companies there.
Mr Tang Chai Yoong was never convicted of any criminal offense as a purported case brought against him (case No 1-62-300-2008) in 2008 in the Sessions court Kuala Lumpur was thrown out by the Sessions court that found no merits to proceed with the alleged case that was unsustainable. The court had vide court order dated 11th December 2009 settled the matter once and for all and denied any attempt to review the case.
